When I asked Kerstin, "What inspired you to take a leap and carve out a new purpose in your life? In midlife, or as you call it, a reinvention in midlife.", Kerstin replied,
"Really, I feel like my life is just starting. Everything else before was just practise and I feel like I'm going through my second puberty. Menopause was my second puberty, and I'm so much stronger now. I know what I want. I know who I am. When in my twenties and thirties, I was trying to figure it all out.
I figured it out and now I can just be focused and full throttle. And, I enjoy the challenge of learning something new, feeling uncomfortable. I just love this journey!"
