This video podcast serves an international audience of women senior executives and business owners aged 50 to 70+ who are transitioning from the corporate world. My audience is approximately 60% Canadian, 30% USA, and 15% UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This audience also includes a select group of women who are members of the Executive Encore Network for Women, a high-calibre premium membership and community.
Many women are rejecting "traditional retirement". They are inspired and eager to learn from a robust community of thought leaders.
Our audience is drawn to guests who offer meaningful insight and wisdom — particularly those who speak to the art of blending personal and professional life to elevate overall well-being and quality of life.

In 1992, I walked away from the role of corporate-employee and never looked back as I embarked on a journey of remastering of my life and work with every new chapter.
Since then, I've developed an approach to life and work rooted in empowering women executives and business owners to thrive personally and professionally.
In 2022, I remastered the Executive Encore Video Podcast with a clear mission: To highlight inspiring stories of women finding fulfillment beyond their professional identity, and to share wisdom from thought leaders who had walked that path.
Women entrepreneurs of all ages reached out, seeking guidance on their own journeys. It became clear that the message needed to reach further. Executive Encore evolved into a platform dedicated to empowering women at every stage of transition in their life and work.
In 2024, I launched the Executive Encore Network for Women membership and community, expanding the mission to inspire the shift from role to soul.
